Autodesk Revit Architecture

I am still pretty new to Revit Architecture.  I need to create a 1.5" bended pipe for a camera mount within a family.  

Could anyone give me some suggestions on how to get started?

create a sweep.

Sketch a line or series of arcs and lines as you Path.

Then create a Profile (circle with 1.5" dia.) and sweep it along the Path.

Do a quick search in Revit Help/Wiki for Family creation/sweeps.
