Autodesk Revit Architecture

I have Revit Arch 2012. I am following lecture notes and they indicate to open a New Conceptual Mass

Family and choose the Adaptive Component Template. This is not a choice. Is there a place to download

this template? If not how do I proceed? I am trying to create adaptive a mullion to put on a curve surface.

Your thoughts?

New > Family > "generic model adaptive.rft"
