Revit 2013: Shifting Properties and Project Browsers

When I open a new drawing, or when I shift between a .rfa and .rvt file, the Properties and Project Browsers of each that were situated on the second monitor revert back to the first monitor where the drawings are.

    What an annonyance!

(There are not other Revit users with two monitors that have complained about this before for Autodesk to have addressed this issue already?)

TO Autodesk:  Please explain why this continuous inconvenience has not been resolved yet. i.e.,., why the dialogs do not stay in the user's preferred place when a second monitor is used?

Is there still not a way that these can be easily locked in place?

    Kindly refer to this post:

    Did that help?

WTF?  Why refer someone to a thread that has no solution?

I have this same issue, why doesn't autodesk allow Revit to save it's workspace in the same manner autocad does?

I've read that the issue may be related to specific video card drivers, but the simple solution is to allow workspaces to be saved...
