Some materials have a very shiny or glossy property--such as steel with a polished finish, or a highly reflective glass.
Try building a quick "test" project, and use only some very simple, "matte" finish materials, and then do a rendering at the same settings as your project with the yellow/blue pixels.
The test project should render correctly. If it has the yellow/blue problem, it could be something with your display driver/video card/hardwar, etc.
Then look at your main project and try to identify the materials which may be causing the problem. Water, Glass, Metals come to mind.

I changed the finish of the materials I used from Glossy to Matte and did a test draft rendering and it came out ok. I'm currently rendering at high quality but I think that was it!
