The customization in the revision schedule is very limited.
I am not sure what you are trying to achieve but you can use the 'calculated values' > choose Integer > and use IF, AND, OR, Less Than...etc.. Just like you would do in excell.

What we are looking to do is to subcategories to a revision a group of revisions. In other words, if the first group of revisions comes through and we make them and call them 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, etc. Now a second group of revisions comes through and we would like to be able to call them 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, etc. We would like to have them show up in the revision schedule as such and be able to group them on all of the sheets. See the attached table.
