Autodesk Revit Architecture

Hi,

I have setup the Revit 2012 Cloud rendering add-on, and everything seems to be going fine, then I get an error message that says "Autodesk cloud could not complete your request, an authentication error has occured."  Please help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible, we have a big client meeting coming up.

I too am having this problem... can't find any help on the issue.

AutoDesk are you out there?
