In Revit 2011, I'm trying to change the first floor level from 0'-0" to 100'-0" (datum). I have tried Manage-->Project Location -->Position-->Relocate Project, but nothing happens and there are no error messages. Thank you in advance.

After you have done your listed steps and adjusted your project "up" 100', you need to do one more thing.
Highlight one of the Level lines in an elevation or section view. In the Properties box, pick Edit Type. In the Type Properties dialog box, change the Elevation Base parameter from Project to Shared.
Your Level elevations should now show the new elevations.

I'm using Revit 2013, I've done all the same things. But when I select the Level Line, then Edit Type, Type Properties, the only options under Elevation Base are Project Base Point and Survey Point. Is there a different way to change the 0' Elevation Base in Revit 2013?
