Once an object such as a floor slab is divided into parts (e.g. for concrete pours) how does one reintegrate the parts into the whole slab again if one wants to find properties such as cubic yards for the entire slab?

You can use the Tab key to highlight the overall floor slab, and under Properties it will show the Area.

Same for the Divided Parts Area--Tab and you can select the Divided section(s), highlight and see Area under Properties.

Set your View to "Show Both" .

You can set it to "Show Original" as well as I recall.

Quantity Takeoff Schedules are a bit tricky with Parts--but you should be able to Schedule Floor Areas and include Parts. Good luck!
