Currently have operating system XP Pro on work station
and running Revit 6.1 and also Revit 7 Trial (current down load) . Server is running Widows 2000 operating system.
Having trouble accessing files from server re: opening or saving ,program seems to hanger or crash's ,the same for
library items keep on server.
Has any one else had the same problem.

Are you sure its not converting to R7 your project and libraries when you open them ?

No, because this is happening with both Revit 6.0 and 7
The original library was set up in 6.0.
