How to cease Error "top of the wall is lowre than the base of wall "

Hello, I wist to stop this error to appear that "top of the wall is lowre than the base of wall " by changing Foundation wall's elements i.e. width, in Elements Properties Dialog but dont know how to do it. Pls tell me how to amend wall elements? so that this error wont appear.

Wall components have nothing to do with the top of wall lower than base
errors. If you wantr to know how to modify components in a wall see help
files. Revit Architecture 2008 Users Guide>Working with Architectural
Components>Compound Structure

I think that by changing Basic Foundation Wall's parameters like width, height in the Element Propreties dialog V can stop this error to appear. But dont know which one's. Do u know which?

Element properties don't have anything to do with this error. The problem
is foundation walls are drawn "top down". You are on level 1 when starting
the wall command this will place the wall top on you current level when
using the foundation wall type. If you select a level in a positive z
direction you will get the error. You need to select a level below
(negative Z) in relation to your current level.
