How to automatically “join” elements?

I’m wondering if there is a way to join elements automatically such that we have correct connections between walls, roof, floor, stair, etc. this is quite important as much time is spent just joining elements with one another.

For example, in the screenshot below, the wall is manually “joined with the floor and roof.
