Fuzzy Grids, Annotations, and Navigation Bar / Wheel

Help! Certain elements in my Revit files are not displaying correctly. All building elements (floors, stairs, families, walls, etc) show up correctly, but any annotations or gridlines are missing or seem broken and fuzzy. The same appearance issue is happening with the upper right hand tools (Nav Bar, Orbit Wheel, Max / Min / Exit buttons). It is happening in both Revit 2012. Revit 2013, and in all new or opened projects.

I have attached images. Thank you for your help or suggestions!

    Hi Katherine,

2 things to check..............1st, make sure the drivers for your graphics card is up to date......2nd, check your options to see if "Hardware Acceleration" is on (or off).  If 'checked', un check and see if that correts the problem.  Vise-versa if not.
