Autodesk Revit Architecture

Hi there, does anyone now if there is a way to create a mass of say, 20m/3 and then fix that volume, so that if i manipulate one edge of the mass, it will constrict the others so the volume remains constant.  I think the term used to describe it to me was 'rubber-banding' but I can't find any options in Revit 2013 that will make a mass do this.

Any help much appreciated.

IF the mass is a form for which we know the formula for the volume, it's easy. Just lock one of the values with a formula.
