Autodesk Revit Architecture

Hi -

We are working with another architectural firm that uses Microstation and we would like to send them our Revit model. I understand Bentley now has a plug-in that will import Revit files, does anyone have any experience with this workflow? Do we export as an IFC model or just send a Revit model?
