Error in sizing baluster panel

I am new to Revit and very busy to spend hours reading so I guess this
discussion group is my best chance. I hope to be able to answer to someone
else's questions by Christmas :-)
I want to use a baluster profile as shown in the attached file. The problem
is that when I try to change the width, only
a part of the profile moves. What am I doing wrong?

PS If someone corrects the file please send it in ZIP format because of a
firewall protection...
