When we copy the same element into a project then the element will show in transperant (in this case the material properties are samefor both the family). Is there any option to resolve this issue.

Without seeing the file I have no way of knowing. Can you load it up to a dropbox and let me know the address? Also, let me know what version of Revit you are working in.

The column is pulling the material from the glass wall on the ramp walkway above. See this link for detail on this:
