Autodesk Revit Architecture

At our firm we like to show switch lines for the electrical fixtures using splines. I tried to do this in Revit but the spline doesn't snap to the fixture is there an easy way to do this.

Design your switch with some strong ref. planes at the location you would like to sanp. Thank You i keep forgetting about ref. lines. We are new to Revit.
