How do I add the curtain wall at this corner intersection?

If the black section of wall (in the PDF), is an actual wall family, you should be able to select the existing wall, and change the family type to the curtain wall.

If the black section of wall from the PDF is not a wall element, then you could start by tracing a basic wall over the black "wall" elements, and then change the type to the curtain wall you want. (When I was experimenting with this, drawing a basic wall first gave better alignment of the curtain wall panels.)

Thank you and the tips (pointed angles) are walls, although the curtain wall's mullions & glazing never display correctly. The mullions do not align with the angles, thus making the layout seem impossible.

You could look at creating a separate curtain wall family type, with different panel geometry that would fit the space better.

THe corner connections are the ones that are challenging. How do I designate those sharp angles?

I would not know how to do what you are wanting in Revit, but in reality (of course you are the designer?) the frame of this curtain wall in that scale at those angles are going to be very intrusive. I would have thought mostly frame not much glass  Would you just not do it in glass & not have frames so It may be alot easier to do a curtain wall with no frames, i.e. stiles or mullions.

Thank you and I will remove frames and just have glazed panels.
