    Concept Energy Analysis Failing

Helle everybody, I've got a simple concept mass that I've brought into a new model, applied mass floors and some energy settings as appropriate, and every time I try to run an energy simulation I just get an error as such: An unexpected error has occurred. This model's energy use cannot be simulated. My license is up to date and I have activated it fully etc - any reason why this shouldn't be working? I've not done an analysis before and was trying to get a proof of concept out for a client - oh well! Any tips? Win 7 x64 if that helps.

It appears that the error is specific to the model.  If you create a new project, click Massing & Site > Conceptual Mass, > Place just a single out of the box mass such as Mass > Box.rfa,  if you run the analysis with that file does the same error occur?

Could you attach a journal file from the session that the error occurred?

    Location of journal files
    http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS1067426

Would you be able to send the project?

    Best regards

    Hi There,

I remodelled the model from scratch and it seems to work this time - there must have been an issue in my building shape/model somehow.

    Thanks for your help.

My only issue now is that in the results and compare dialogue box I have a bunch of the error projects in there which can't be deleted....??
