I am after advice on how best to build-up complext external walls that will comprise multiple trades and allow the specialist cladding elements to be replaced by the subcontractor modelled elements: eg I have:
- Internal plasterboard lining
- metal structural framing with insulation between - specialist design and install
- sheathing board - specialist design and install
- cladding system - specialist design and install
I can do this to a degree with a Composite walls, but each element will stop and start in different places and each will be installed by a different trade.
is it better to model separately to get better output from QTO and to allow for the replacement of specialist models?
Thanks
