Can Revit display a message upon opening a file???

Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to have a message (note) appear upon the opening of a file?  I would like to write notes about the files we are working with, so that succeeding users don't alter information parameters mistakenly, or get confused about the orientaion of a component, etc. etc. etc.

    Thanks,

In Revit 2012, you can specify an "Starting view"--so you could create a Drafting View, and add your notes to it,

and that way when anyone opens the file, the first window that opens would be your "message".

    cheers
