Can you upload a walkthrough to autodesk 360 cloud so that it can render it in lieu of a realistic walkthrough? If yes, how do you go about doing it?

nope you can't do walkthroughs with the cloud rendering
you have to use Revit for that

If I were to do as you suggest, you probably know that my machine would probably bog down and take 24 hours to do it. Do you know of another solution or way of making a revit rendered walkthrough? Some other software? Service?

use Showcase, where you can walk around where ever you want, rather than rendering a particular walk-thru path? It's an interactive walkthrough where you can change materials or other options as well.
Otherwise, Export to Max and render an animated sequence, hopefully using backburner and a network of machines.
In any case, I would suggest trying to avoid a "typical" rendered walkthrough, where you have one single camera path that walks in/around the entire model. Break up the animation into shorter segments that convey a story about the building. Move in an about the "highlights" of the design that you want to show in animated sequences.
