I want to create an arc wall that starts with 12 meters heght and ends with a height of 8 meters.
How is it possible to create something like that?

Draw the wall in plan.
Go to the elevation and draw a slopping ref. plane from one end of the wall
to the other.
Select the wall. Use Top/Bottom - Attach - Pic the Ref. Plane.
You can move and rotate the ref plane later to modify the slope.
