Autodesk Quantity Takeoff

I am getting below error while installation of Autodesk QTO 2012. After below error the installer Rollback the installation.

Product: Autodesk QTO Language Pack - English -- Error 1308. Source file not found: \\****\2012MF_64\QTO 2012\AdminImage\x86\en-us\QTO\Program Files\Autodesk\Quantity Takeoff 2012\Setup\en-US\Documentation\Help_Content\Technical\filesQTO_TEC\GUID-

Any solution???
