Two current (was working on them yesterday with no problems) QTO projects will not open on my computer. The error message " There was a problem displaying the page" appears. Both of these files will open on other computers in the office with the same (2012) version and hotfix level as my computer.
We have tried to reinstall QTO and it has not resolved the problem.
Turns out the issue was associated with the windows user profile. When we logged on to the problem computer as a different user we were able to open the ato files. Autodesk tech support confirmed this as the likely cause of the problem. We deleted the user profile / recreated on the PC and were back in business.
