I think there might be a naming discrepency in the Roles > Permissions.

Should 'Workflow Items' actually be named 'Workflow Actions'?

Please submit this request to the Idea Exchange to potentially be implemented in the PLM 360 product.

Hi there,

The naming is a little confusing.  But these actually refer to two things... The "Workflow Items" is actually it's own tab.  This tab is essentially the tab where you link records to the "Revisioning Workspace" - think on a Change Order's - this tab is where the "Items" (parts) are attached to it... the "Affected Items"

The other Workflow item "View Workflow" permission refers to turning on the actual workflow "map" tab.

We'll work over time to get better naming for these.  Thanks for the note.
