My browser session jsut froze up after trying to change a licence type to participant (of which I had 0 to assign b.t.w.).

Just wanted to see what happens; apparently it locks up, because the cancel button doesn't do anything.

Maybe something worth fixing.

I've confirmed the behavior when attempting to change the license type to a Participant and there are no available licenses to assign. I will forward this result to our PLM 360 Development Team.
