How can you have quick access to a specific record that is used regularly without drilling into the particular workspace and sorting through the many records listed?

Go into the workspace from the Main Menu and open the specific record that you are using frequently.  In the workspace menu you will see and icon that resembles a pushpin.  Click on that icon and that will pin a link for that record to the PLM 360 Tenant Home Page under the My Dashboard Links category.  You then will be able to access that targeted record as soon as you log into your tenant when you expand My Dashboard Links.
