Can't Add to Actions Notificati ons Tab

I'm trying to add to the notifications tab but everytime I try I get a system error message. I asked someone else to try this on their machine and they get the same messgae. I created a new item and tried to add there and got the same system error message.
Not sure why this is not working. It was working fine a few days ago.
Any ideas?

Hi Orrin,
Can you tell me the exact steps you are taking to add to the Actions Notifications tab?
At what point are you seeing the error and if you could please send me a screenshot?
I'm able to add to the Actions Notifications tab in my tenant and cannot duplicate the error so any information you can provide will be helpful.

Orrin,
I have been able to duplicate this issue when only choosing a group. What you can do is choose one user that is in the group along with that group you are adding as a work around. They will not get duplicate emails. I will open a defect with the PLM 360 Development team.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
