Are Scripts affected by current user permissions?

In other words, if the currently logged in user doesn't have permissions to see items being referenced in other workspaces by a script, or uses fields in hidden sections. Will the scripts still run as intended?

    Cheers

Scott - I double checked with our scripting guru to verify.

"the script will run..  script permissions are only goverened by the access to the events.  Meaning, if you have access to edit, add item, or perform workflow transitions, these will fire scripts and they will run as you expect."

    Hope that helps!
