hello together,
the topic „custom paper size“ has already mentioned in several threats,
but unfortunetely there are no answers which give me help.
is it possible to add a „custom papersize“?
Would this be a solution maybe?
- to edit the pc3 file – are there any interfaces or is a word proseccing of the file possible?
- or does the „AcPlPlotInfoValidator“ can be used where is also a function „isCustomPossible“
or "AcPlPlotConfig::makeCustomMediaFromSizeDesc"?
- there is also an assistend where you can add a plotter (Pc3 file)
which is in the same folder like the pc3 files – does this maybe work out?
i am looking forward to get an official response to this problem and also every suggestion which can be helpful.
Thank you all...

Hi,
Sorry, there is no API to create a custom paper size.
Also the PC3 file is a compressed file similar to a .CUIX and cannot be parsed as an XML.
A way to use custom paper size is to use the "Plotter Configuration Editor" (launched by double clicking a pc3 file) to create a new pc3 file with the custom paper sizes.
This pc3 can then be deployed in the plotter folder.
