acedapi.lib is not delivered within the AutoCAD2011&2012 SDKs.why?

Hello,

The documentation for ObjectARX2011 indicates the presence ane necessity of acedapi.lib.My simple program claimed not being able to find this library. After searching the download pack I was surprised to see the "acedapi.lib" was missing. Do anyone have any idea whether the library is corrupt or I should replace the "acedapi.lib" with something else in my program?

I am new to objectARX and would appreciate your help.

The documentation is out of date and needs to be corrected.  This lib file is not needed and no longer exists.
