ObjectARX and Visual Studio version problem

I know ObjectARX 2006 works with Visual Studio 2003(.NET)
and ObjectARX 2008 works with Visual Studio 2005.

But we do not to buy both Visual Studio 2003 and 2005 for ObjectARX development.
Is there a way we use Visual Studio 2005 to develop ObjectARX 2006 and 2008 applications?

ObjectARX 2006 is for Net 2002 or it requires .Net framework 1.0. as AutoCAD 2006 is developed using the same.
Visual Studio 2005 can not work with .Net framework 1.0. So so you can not use same development environment for developing ObjectARX 2006 and 2008 applications.
