Can you try out suggestions from the following article about troubleshooting when Navisworks crashes before startup?

    Hi,

I've tried all the solutions in that link you gived to me. I've reinstalled so many times and it doesn't works. I've installed 2011 version, and I can´t uninstall it. But I want to continue having it installed because it works good.

Other people in my office have installed the 2012 version and it works well in they computers.

The problem continue being the same, the program starts well the first tim I run, but It crashes the second time I try to run it.

Do you have any solution for my problem?

Do you get an error report request asking you for details of how this happened? If so, can you add your forum name to this and send it in, I'll look to see what the problem might be.

What happens when you switch off Hardware Acceleration and restart Navisworks.

What happens when you delete the lastsession.xml?

Have you got an alternative user account on the same machine? Can you ensure it has full admin rights?
