clashes that can not be found

Hi
Can someone explain these situations?
example for clash analysis between my models : BEAM VS FS pipes
i will only got 2 clashes with the "Hard" type
but there will be 6 extra more clashes with the "Hard (Conservative)"
and also, if I didn't click in the box "Items in same layer", there will be 100 extra more clashes found.
the problem is , if I am using these selections, I will got so many duplicated clashes. On the other hand, if I didn't use these selections, There won't be much duplicated clashes, but I will miss lots of the clashes too.
