The best way to do this would be to export the schedule to ProjectXML (Navisworks 2013 only) or CSV and print from Excel or another application?

What is it you are looking for from a printout?

    Hi Lee

We have clients asking to print out the timeliner schedules. BHP is one.

If you can print out in project schedule not sure why navis doesn't have this ability?

In previous releases the scheduling was primarily done in an external application and brought through to Navisworks to sync. Creating complex schedules inside Navisworks is a relatively new thing so I've logged an enhancement to include this for the future.

Please let me know if this answers your query.
