Service Pack 2 - Clash Viewpoints Hotfix

We’ve released a hotfix for an issue some Manage Users have had when exporting a Viewpoints report from Clash Detective after installing Service Pack 2. There was a fix which went into this service pack which allows you to create viewpoints that have the same overrides as you see in the results tab. This hotfix ensures when you export the Viewpoints as a report, redlines and comments are respected.

This can only be installed on Navisworks Manage 2013 with the Service Pack 2 installed. This can be added to a deployment, details are available in the readme.

Note. These overrides are not applied if you export your Viewpoints through the Output tab as an XML as these cannot be viewed between projects.

I have successfully gotten SP2 installed, but when I try to install the hotfix it gives me this error: "No applicable Navisworks Manage 2013 SP 2 installs found." I know the install worked because my viewpoints are now showing the highlighted clashes but have lost all redlines and markups. Is there a workaround?

I have the same problem. According to the build date SP2 is iinstalled (see image), but when I try the hotfix I get the error as if SP2 is not installed. I have repaired the install and reinstalled applying service packs after the reinstall, but still the same problem. Any help?

The hotfix for markups in clash detective will not recognize that SP 1 and 2 are installed and so the hotfix fails.

Does anyone have a fix for this?
