The survey is *extremely* user-centric.  CAD Manager responses don't always fall neatly into categorized lists, and aside from the general comments section at the end the text boxes didn't provide enough characters to respond properly.  Perhaps future online surveys could be split in two, with one focused on users and a separate one for support personnel?
