Navisworks 13 w/sp2 - Markups in clash detection do not carry over to viewpoints

When is have marked up clashes in Navisworks 2013 with Service Pack 2 installed. When I produce a report to Viewpoints the markups do not go over to the Viewpoints.

I think they did before Service Pack 2 was installed.

Is there a way to get the markups to carry over to the Viewpoints?

The hotfix for markups in clash detective will not recognize that SP 1 and 2 are installed and so the hotfix fails.

Does anyone have a fix for this?
