I think the service pack installed ok, but I received no msg confirming this.  I did get another desktop icon which makes me think it updated.  However, when I goto HELP/About, nothing there says SP 1.  Is there a way I can tell whether the SP actually installed or not?

Also, even though NWFreedom2013 is sitting right there on my desktop (and works) when I try to install that SP1, it says that Freedom isn't installed.

Any suggestions?

it should say built: Jun 10, 2012 thats what mine says

which is when the service pack came out

Oh yeah, duh, the date.  Yep, I show Jun 10 2012 as well.  Thanks DarrenP.  Any idea on the Freedom viewer?

Sorry, didn't make it that clear.  My SP1 for the Freedom viewer will not install.  It keeps coming up saying that Freedom is not installed, when it is.

the only thing i can think of is 32 bit vs. 64 bit

wheather your installing the right bit version

yep, it says 64 on the end of it.  Sigh.....
