Autodesk Navisworks

I have a problem in navisworks file export . my plant is heavy (navisworks)  and i want to import in maya . so pls tell me how can i do this. should i use poly trasfer plugin for low mesh or any option in navisworks manage. and how do work export system in globel option in navis works .

with massive dataset sizes, i'd suggest you save yourself the headaches and just render your images/movies directly from Navis/Presenter.
