Area Boundary Lines showing in Navisworks

I'm using Navisworks Manage 2013 and opened a rvt model.  See attached screenshot.  Area boundary lines and detail lines are visible in Navisworks that are not visible in Revit.  Since I can't even see or select these in Revit I'm not even sure what these lines are.  I know I can hide them in NavisWorks, but I'm guessing this will occur again so I would like to no how to resolve in Revit so they won't show in Navisworks.

I would select the elements in Navisworks grab the Element ID's in the Properties. Then you can then take those element ID's into Revit, got to Inquiry > Select by ID, and select the elements. You can then hide them in Revit, then go to a 3D view and export the view to Navisworks (instead of opening the .rvt file in Navisworks).
