    Hi,

Hope someone can assist me with this inquiry.
I'm doing on behalf of one of the user as keeps getting an error message when trying to access Navisworks Review 2010.

Have uninstalled/re-installed the software to no avail.
The company certainly has a license for it and there should be no issue as far as it goes with licensing.
Have also tried to enter the license codes manually but does not want to recognise it.
The Navisworks 2009 has worked just fine for them but they had to update the version.

PS; attached is the exact error message which coming up.

Could someone please advice anything further which I havent thought about it.
    Appreciate your response.
    Please use plain text.

Is this a network version of Navisworks? This message means Navisworks is
looking for the name of the server where you have the FlexLM license management
    component installed.

If you have installed the FlexLM, you need to ensure it is configured properly
with the license file for Navisworks 2010. You can't just install the new
version and expect it to work with the old 2009 network license file.

You can find some simplified step by step information on setting up a license
    server here:
