Retreive File Date of Model Components

Is it possible to retrieve file information about the model items in an NWD file?

I am able to retrieve the initial publish date of the root NWD with the API, but I would like to know the file date for all the sub items within the NWD.

The reason I would like this is so I can determine which models changed within the main Navisworks file based on date stamp between two versions

I am not clear what the information is. Probably you could upload a screenshot?

Basically, if the property can be seen in the Properties dialog in UI, it can be accessed by API. If no, API cannot get the info, either.
