Is there any other drawings open in that session? Try switching to the other ones
and closing them first.

Hi Kent,
No other drawings were open. I had to get around it by typing in
save at the command line and overwriting the original file. I then
closed down MDT and re-started, opened the drawing and hey
presto, yet another unsolved mystery.

Hi there, i just had the same error in MDT2009 while using hte PLOT command (QSAVE also triggered the error btw.)
The issue was resolved by typing SAVE in the command prompt, save as new file, close MDT and reopen the saved file. (as per Steve's post)
Thanks a lot
OzzieMark
