Autodesk Mechanical Desktop

Hello I have a client that has upgraced from 2002 to 2012. Their pneumatic line type is wigging out! it is putting in a break line symbol instead of the 2 hash marks. 

Any Idea what is happening?

as there is no 2012 version of MDT, which program was updated to 2012?
