When I place, copy, or move a part, it wants to move it "ortho" along 90 degree axes. The same thing with moving or placing part balloons (and their leaders). I tried finding the on off switch for "ortho" using MDT Help and other things but can't seem to find it. How do I turn it off so that I can move, place, or copy anything to wherever I want and not along an "ortho" 90 degree axis? Thanks.
