One thing new in 6.3 is that the mouse wheel zooms in and out (6.3.1.3).

Yes, also if you hold the zoom wheel down you can Pan about

I'm having difficulty getting this to work. I changed MbuttonPan to '0' so that I may get the Osnap menu, and have the middle wheele button set as Alternate, but it doesn't seem to work. The zoom and pan does not work either. Is there something else I need to change?
