Please can you provide me some pointers as to the best way to handle text & annotation in Oracle 9i that will be access (read only) by multiple GIS solutions (MapGuide and ArcGIS). Oracle doen't have an annotation feature type so we are trying to extablish the best way to represent text so that it is viewable in MapGuide and ArcGIS.
