hi folks i just want to know that when I download mapguide studio and tried to install it, the problem occured was like the set up file studio.exe is not valid win32 application . Actually the file size is 126MB but after 82MB it showed that file download complete.So what is the problem?

This is the forum for commercial MapGuide 6.5 and below. The only support
mechanism for MapGuide Open Source is through the users email list at
osgeo.org. See this page:

up. You can also search the archives where a lot questions like this have
been asked in the past.

The original post seemed to be about Mapguide Studio, not Mapguide Open
Source server. Since the Studio portion is being developed by Autodesk, the
Autodesk discussion groups would have been the first place to which I would
have posted as well. Is this discussion group really only for MG 6.5 and we
need to go to the osgeo site for Studio questions/help?
Just asking for my own clarification thanks.

In my opinion, it's better to keep public discussion of this new product
in one place for now.
Many Autodesk developers participate regularly on the MapGuide Open
Source mailing list; at present it's the best source for support on
Studio, which is required to use MapGuide Open Source.
I'd imagine that once MapGuide Enterprise is released, either these
newsgroups or new ones will become the preferred location for
peer-to-peer support of the commercial products.

In my opinion, it's better to keep public discussion of this new product
in one place for now.

and vise versa. I agree that where one gets support for what is rather
